Image
Thor: Ragnarok Movie Review Rating: 4/5 Stars (Four stars) Star Cast: Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Cate Blanchett, Mark Ruffalo, Tessa Thompson, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum. Director: Taika Waititi. What’s Good: This is madness from the first frame till last (I literally meant last as there are two scenes, one is mid-credits and other is post – don’t miss that), it’s epic & colourful. What’s Bad: Thor’s chemistry with his hammer is too little to cherish. Loo Break: You’ll miss a lot if you piss! Watch or Not?: Just go and catch the nearest cinema hall which has the best 3D experience (IMAX/4DX preferably) as soon as you get free. User Rating: Remember how Loki (Tom Hiddleston) sacrificed his life to save Thor (Chris Hemsworth) in the Dark World? Asking because that film didn’t have much to take away from but this god of mischief is back. Thor: Ragnarok starts with Thor having a fun banter with Surtur (The fire demon) as he beats him making his way to Asgar...

Ittefaq Review : Ittefaq with the added twist in its plot becomes interesting to catch

Movie – Ittefaq Star cast- Sonakshi Sinha, Sidharth Malhotra, Akshaye Khanna Director: Abhay Chopra Genre – Thriller Studio- Red Chillies, Dharma Productions & BR Chopra Rating – 3.5/5 PLOT The plot of the film is the same old story found in the classic film of 1969 with the same title having Rajesh Khanna at the center. Now, we have Akshaye Khanna playing the character of Dev who is a cop and he is investigating a double murder case, which seems to have two witnesses and interestingly they are also the two prime suspects. Both include Vikram played by Sidharth Malhotra who is a known author, while Maya who is a young house wife is played by Sonakshi Sinha. The two have their own versions of the same event that occurred that fateful night. Both the stories seem to be true, however, there can be only one truth and Dev seems to be torn in between these two versions of the story and will not settle down till the culprit is finally arrested. So, what happens the next is i...

Cycling to Work is More Effective Than Hitting the Gym

A study has found that cycling to work is more effective than hitting the gym five times a week. Conducted by researchers at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, the study targeted individuals who work 9-5 jobs and are too tired to hit the gym afterward or who have too many responsibilities at home, like taking care of children and cooking dinner, and so do not have time to exercise. The study, published in the International Journal of Obesity, chose 130 overweight adults who had BMI between 25 to 35 as participants. Other selection criteria included body fat percentage, limited physical activity during the day, and maximum oxygen uptake. The researchers then divided the participants into four groups. The first group was asked to cycle to and from work every day. The second group was assigned high-intensity workout five times a week. The third group was also asked to workout like the second group, but their routine was of moderate intensity. And the last group was the ...
